Attaching a customer to a form as a company user

If you are submitting a form for a customer using your company token, you have two methods.

  1. Use the on behalf of header with the customer's ID

  2. Add a unique field mapped to either the phone_number or email in the field editor screen.

The mobile_number mapping will not work.

Then submit the form with the desired field values and the form response will appear in the CRM profile of the customer.
