POS (Point of Sale)

When connected to your POS, the goal is to track spend, frequency of items and provide alternate payment methods for closing out a check. No longer are you bound to House Accounts or physical credit cards/cash, with Peoplevine Connects' integration to your POS, your can expand payment options to include instant payments with card on file or house credits/stipends.

The core features of this integration include:

• Lookup a member by name, phone or membership ID.

• View a robust profile including photo, important dates, frequent items, preferences, notes and more.

• Track order spend including detailed items to track frequency and favorites.

• Pay with Card On File, House Credits/Stipend and House Account direct to their Peoplevine account.

• Auto apply a discount based on their membership tier.

PMS (Property Management System)

Knowing when a member stays at your space is key to offer best in class service. When connected to your PMS, we’ll keep track of their upcoming trips, current stay and past trips to ensure the best guest experience. When leveraged, knowing their check-in/out dates enables you to promote other amenities to your guest prior to arriving on property.

With our PMS integration you can:

• Identify members and their preferences when checking-in.

• Sync their upcoming stays directly to their member portal.

• Track spend with detailed items for all charges on the folio.

• Allow members to check real-time availability and book online.

Booking Systems

Please note that integration with another platform is dependent on the other platform’s ability to integrate back with us. We support direct APIs, outbound Webhooks and CSV exports to ensure backwards and forwards compatibility.
