Messaging

Messaging in Peoplevine allows you to connect with your members, offer specials and promotions, generate additional income, and conduct surveys after completing reservations. You can also use our Messaging integrations to send automated reminders for check-in confirmations and itinerary updates.

Another feature of integrating with Peoplevine is campaign management. You can set up a messaging campaign directly in Peoplevine. The following types of campaigns are available:

  • Completed Campaign - Initiate or continue a campaign when the user completes an activity.

  • Drip Campaign - Automatically send the next item in the campaign (based on schedule) after the first interaction.

  • Follow-Through Campaign - Follows-up with a user until the campaign is complete once an action is triggered.

  • Date-Based Campaign - Used to send a campaign for birthdays, anniversaries, or other date-based attributes.

  • Attribute Tagged Campaign - Begins when a user is tagged to a specific attribute and value

  • Checking-In Campaign - Checks in with a user if a specific action (e.g. reservations) hasn't been completed in a certain amount of time.

  • Pre-Arrival - Send a message prior to their arrival.

  • When-It's-Over Campaign - Reach out to a user when a time-based activity ends (e.g. after appointment).

Twilio

Twilio is cloud-communication platform that enables programmable communication, such as the Peoplevine messaging campaigns. The Peoplevine integration with Twilio provides a robust automated messaging system to interact with customers in order to promote revenue growth, reward and retain customers, and increase bookings.

Alliants

The Peoplevine integration with Alliants is used with hotels to communicate with members about hotel reservations. This helps members stay informed and up-to-date with the statuses of their bookings, providing a premium experience.
